How to participate in the matchmaking event
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to make first contact and place the foundation for future dialogue before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
The Matchmaking Event is part of NANOTEXNOLOGY 2024 which will be only an on-site event. The meetings will take place on 3rd July 2023. Physical meetings will take place at the EXPO area.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Attending the matchmaking event requires purchasing a ticket.
Please follow the instructions below depending on the way you participate:
1) Participation on-site both in the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2024 conferences & the matchmaking event
2) Participation in the Exhibition as a visitor & the matchmaking event

1) Instructions for NANOTEXNOLOGY conference participants:
To participate in the entire conference, including the matchmaking and expo events, please follow this link for ticket prices and registration instructions.
After you complete your registration for the conference, please follow the B2Match registration instructions below.
2) Instructions for physical participation ONLY in the matchmaking and expo portions of the conference:
If you don't attend the conference, physical participation in the Matchmaking event and Expo (only on July 3rd 2024), is available at a reduced cost. You need to purchase an "EXPO Visitor Ticket per day" at the registration desk in the venue on the day of the event. The "EXPO Visitor Ticket per day" gives access only to the Matchmaking event and Expo on 3rd July. You may check the prices here.
If you plan to attend as EXPO visitor, please follow the B2Match registration instructions as detailed below.
Make sure to register here in advance of the event to have time to explore the matchmaking participants' list and book your meetings. Instructions below.
Registration Instructions for the Matchmaking Event (B2Match platform):
To be able to explore the participants' list and book meetings for the matchmaking portion of the event, registration on the B2Match platform is necessary, as described below.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Be aware, that your profile will be activated and visible to other participants, ready to receive and book your meetings, only after you have added at least one Marketplace Item.
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Don't forget to fill in the Marketplace field to make your profile more attractive!
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants' list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you can find your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
Notice:
Meetings will be arranged by default to take place physically in the EXPO area. Participants may schedule their meetings according to both parties' availability as shown in participants’ profiles.
